House Blessings – Bless Yours NOW!

It’s time to drive the enemy out of our homes and our family lives. My wife and I recently purchased an 85 year old Victorian house in Stephenville, Texas. We call it Vanderbilt Place and we operate it as a boarding house. On New Year’s Eve 2005, we went home with some friends to pray for blessings. There was a huge difference not only in keeping the place occupied, but also in the quality of renters we attracted after that date.

Later, after telling a friend about the experience, a local businesswoman asked if she would pray with her about her business. Once praying, not only did her productivity skyrocket, but her strong ungodly element dropped dramatically, starting with her manager’s resignation a few months later.

In this message, I didn’t want to be too ritualistic, so I could invite other religious demons. Feel free to customize as needed. So I’m making it simple and replicable so that others can celebrate their homes… people like you! Don’t wait for Sunday to do spiritual things…we are the church, not the building! Don’t wait for the pastor…you are one according to the Bible.

In America today, there is a tendency to shout social issues and spend money on their own problems. I also do a lot of pointing. My suggestion is that, house by house, Christians in America must take back what the enemy has stolen from us. Starting today! As they say, if you want something you’ve never done before, you have to do something you’ve never done.

Single parent, grandparent, college student alone in a dorm, apartment dweller, apartment manager, or property owner – if you are a Christian, you have authority over your residence. please give me. Gather a bottle of virgin olive oil from your kitchen with your friends and begin to anoint it by praying for the Holy Spirit to guide you…first your place, then them! Good luck! If necessary, take communion afterwards or sing hymns. This is what we do. Be blessed in the same way!

1) Empower the spirits who have been welcomed throughout the history of the home – leave the door open for their escape. Here is a prayer you can start with:

In the name of Jesus our Savior, and by the power of His blood and the Cross, and by the power of the Holy Spirit who raised Him from the dead and now dwells in us, we are all in the air. Combines spirits, fire and water. In the worlds above and below and in hell, we bind the demonic powers of nature allotted to this abode. You don’t steal from us anymore! In fact, according to Ephesians 4;28, you will pay us back seven times her. “If the thief is caught, he must give back seven times the money”. That includes seven times the time, energy, money, health, and anything else stolen from God’s children.

We break all generational and verbal curses, curses, or spells, or witchcraft or occult activities, who have been invited to this house, intentionally or accidentally, through past generations.

We unite the interactions and interactions of demonic spirits within these walls. And we claim the shed Blood of Jesus Christ to protect this home and grounds and all who spend even a moment in this land. God bless them!

Holy Spirit, we call you. Come on, fill this place up and never leave! I pray in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Amen.

Below are some opening verses that you can choose to start with.

“Grace and peace be upon you from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ” (Romans 1:7).

“Jesus said, ‘Here I am! I will stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in'” (Revelation 3:20).

2) Blessing prayer with anointing

Most beloved God, we thank You for making us all part of Your eternal family through faith in Your Son Jesus Christ. Thank you for all the love you send to heal and heal those who have gone before us. Fill this home with your divine presence. Pour out your love to deepen the fellowship shared here. May Thy wisdom guide us, Thy trust set us free, Thy peace bless us, through our Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.

We dedicate this home to love and understanding. May that joy and sorrow be shared, and the individuality of each person who lives and visits here will be respected.

We dedicate this home to work, rest and play. May our homes have joy and high communion, may there be tenderness in their voices, and laughter in their walls.

We dedicate this house to friendly living. May that door be opened with hospitality, and that its windows seem kind to other houses and those who pass by that door.

We dedicate this house to cooperation. Its duties are lovingly fulfilled, its furnishings testify that the labors of others serve our comfort, and its table is where God is with us to supply our daily needs. May I be reminded that you work for me.

We dedicate this home to gratitude for all goodness and truth. May books bring wisdom, may pictures symbolize beauty, and may music bring joy and inspiration.

We dedicate the time and talents of the people who live here to help build a world where every family can have a home of comfort and camaraderie.

We consecrate this home as a universal church unit, an instrument of the kingdom of God, a place of worship and Christian training, and a gateway to eternal life.

Our hearts go out to you and our thoughts rise in prayers of thanksgiving and blessings of God for this home.

Below are some verses and reflections on Home and God’s care.

1. The Bible teaches that a home is more than a physical building.

Proverbs 24:3-4

A house is built by wisdom,

established by understanding

By knowledge the room is filled with all precious and pleasant riches.

2. We need God’s presence, power, and direction for our lives and homes to flourish.

Psalm 127:1

If the Lord does not build a house,

Those who build it work in vain.

Unless the Lord keeps watch over the city,

The guards keep waking up in vain.

3. The Bible shows the importance of devoting the home to God. People in the Bible were warned to consecrate their homes before going into battle.

Deuteronomy 20:5

The officials said to the people, ‘Who has built a new house and has not dedicated it? Let him go home lest he die in battle and another man give it.

4. God told people to write the Word on the doorposts of their homes.

Today, many Jews keep portions of God’s Word on parchment scrolls and place them in bins on the doorposts of their homes. They touch the scroll as they enter and exit, reminding them that their home belongs to God and that what happens there is guided by His Word.

Deuteronomy 6:6-9

You must heed these words that I am commanding you today, and teach them diligently to your children, and speak of them when you are sitting at home, when you are walking on the road, and when you are sleeping. and when you stand up Then you must tie them to your hand as a sign, like bangs between your eyes.

You shall also write this on the doorposts and on the gates of your houses.

5. When people dedicate their homes to God, we trust God to respond to their dedication. When Solomon dedicated the temple, God answered and spoke to Solomon.

2 Chronicles 7:15

now my eyes are opened [says the Lord] And my ears are listening to the prayers made in this place.

For now, I have chosen and dedicated this home so that my name will be there forever. My eyes and my heart are there all the time.

6. When people in the early Christian movement gathered to teach and preach about Jesus and pray in the power of the Spirit, they often gathered at homes. Even today, throughout the Western world, this is what the Third World brothers have been doing for decades, meeting in their homes and wherever the Spirit leads them.

Acts 5:42

And every day, in the temple and in our homes, we never stopped teaching and preaching Jesus as Christ.

Acts 28:30,31

[Paul] He stayed in his rented house for two full years, welcoming all who came to him, preaching the kingdom of God, teaching about the Lord Jesus Christ…

7. Jesus can use our homes to serve us and serve with us if we welcome him.

Revelation 3:20

Lo and behold, I am standing at the door knocking. If someone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come to him and eat with him and he will eat with me.

8. In his teaching, Jesus presented family life as a model of what it means to live in God’s presence and love.

John 14:1-3

“Don’t let your heart be troubled. Believe in God and believe me. My Father’s house has many rooms.

Or did I say I’m going to prepare a place for you? And when I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and bring you to me.

9. The psalmist similarly saw God’s care.

Psalm 91:1-2

Those who dwell in the hideout of the Most High and in the shadow of the Almighty will say to the Lord, “My refuge, my stronghold, my God, my trust.”

10. How will you use the house God has lent you? Dedicating our home to God is not a one-time act. A ministry in progress!

Hebrews 13:2

Do not neglect to be hospitable to strangers.

11. We are accountable to God for the use and hospitality of our homes. God honors those who consecrate their homes to use them to bless those in need.

Matthew 25:31-46

“When the Son of Man comes in glory with all the angels, he will sit on his glorious throne.

All nations are gathered before him and divide them from one another as a shepherd divides sheep and goats… And the king says to those on his right hand, “Come, my Father-blessed one, I inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the beginning of the world.I was…a stranger, but you welcomed me…”

Then the righteous will answer him, “Lord, when did we see you… met a stranger and welcomed you…? Remember, you did it to me, as you did to one of these least brothers, my brothers.

Final Blessing Prayer:

Almighty God, thank you for our heartfelt wishes for this house and everyone who enters its doors. That all that we have here, that all that we do here is in accord with your divine plan, that this house and its inhabitants are truly and completely devoted to you and to your kingdom. To.

I ask you to reinforce this commitment. O God, for this house, its inhabitants and possessions, may You bless them, sanctify them, and enrich them with your kindness in all possible ways. Lord, pour out the dew of heaven on them.

Mercifully listen to their prayers and let their needs be met.

Father, bless this house and all its aspects when we come before you.

It cleanses you of all past misdeeds and leaves you clean, fresh, and holy.

Bless this house as you blessed the house of Abraham and Sarah, and the house of Isaac.

Rebecca in Jacob and Rachel.

Within these walls, let your angels preside and watch over the living.

Spend time here through our Lord Jesus Christ.
